Vessel Description

Whirlaway is a well-detailed Picnic Boat Classic with a flag green hull. Capable of being taken to Bermuda, with both her Bermuda duty and United States taxes having been paid, Whirlaway's new owners have plenty of cruising options. The cockpit setup includes an oversized windshield to provide protection from the wind. Further aft is a spacious cockpit with seating over the engine bay, and further seating aft. All seating includes removable cushions. Sun protection is provided by a collapsible bimini top, which stores above a full cockpit cover, which can be utilized when the boat is not in use. Engine access is easy, situated under a large, enclosed engine hatch.

The cabin below is well appointed to comfortably accommodate two overnight guests. A centerline forward v-berth provides a comfortable bed, with an additional center insert and cushion to create a full v-berth. Cabinet storage aft includes space for clothing and overnight apparel. Immediately down the companionway step is a galley on the portside, including microwave, top loading refrigerator, sink, two burner cooktop, and further storage, in both drawers, and a large ventilated shelving unit.

The ambiance below deck is wonderful, with the true craftmanship of skilled carpenters throughout. The striped and upgraded cushion set provide a classic feel.
