Grand Banks 46 Europa “True North” – Exclusive, well-maintained owner’s yacht.
 The Grand Banks 46 Europa “True North” is presented in exceptionally well-kept condition and is currently in the hands of her third owner (all previous owners are personally known to us). The overall condition of this motor yacht is outstanding – a true collector’s piece for enthusiasts of classic trawlers.
 Particularly noteworthy is the extensive list of special equipment, ranging from hydraulic stabilizers to a central hot-water heating system. The “True North” is one of the very few Grand Banks 46 EU models in Europe equipped with hydraulic stabilizers 
 All technical systems have been regularly and professionally maintained and are in perfect working order. The yacht is currently stored in a temperated hall in North Germany (like every winter!) and can be viewed by appointment. Exclusively for sale with Kirchner & Mares

 “True North” offers the owner a spacious forward master cabin featuring a king-size double berth and an exceptionally large ensuite head. All interior joinery was custom-built in teak at the owner’s request, and all bulkheads are finished with teak veneer. The entire interior varnish is high-gloss and in excellent condition.

To give the salon a brighter and more refined appearance, the salon ceiling was crafted in wood and painted white. All lamps and fittings throughout the interior are made of brass. The flooring consists of matte-finished teak with inlaid ash stripes.

The guest cabin is located to port and provides ample space for up to three people. Unlike the standard layout, the double berth is arranged longitudinally. An optional third berth above the double bed can also be used. Naturally, guests have their own head, with a separate shower – ordered in the larger version by the owner.

All exterior surfaces are laid with extra-thick teak, including the deck over the forward cabin. Both the teak and caulking are in perfect condition, as are all varnished surfaces. All window frames are made of stainless steel, as is the railing around the windscreen.

For convenient and safe access to the flybridge, a wide, gently inclined GRP staircase (teak-covered) was specially installed. An additional collision bulkhead is located in the bow.
