Chris Craft is one of America's leading motor boat brands. In the pre-war period, the Chris Craft wooden motorboats were the FIRST choice. Personalities such as: Henry Ford, Randolph Hearst and Elvis Presley have owned a Chris Craft boat.

As far as we know, this rare model with hull number #6 is the only remaining boat of this type. She had been in the possession of the senior manager of a boatyard on Long Island (USA) for over 20 years, who never completed her restoration. The shipyard boss sold the boat to the current owner in Germany.

The restoration work in Germany began in 2015. Toni Kolb, former Volvo Ocean Race winner from 2002, who now runs a high-quality boatyard for runabouts, was mainly responsible for the technical finish. It took more than 500 hours of work to complete the restoration of this classic and bring it back to its original condition.

The boat is structurally in good condition. The machine has been completely overhauled. The decks and side panels have all been renewed.
